What’s Celonis like in terms of their business, the role, and the work culture?

Well, the main focus is really about being a trusted advisor for customers at the intersection of technology and business. You’ll be working with the Value Engineering team to create innovative technical solutions that tackle critical business problems using AI capabilities within the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.

So, you’ll start off in Madrid for a two-year onboarding period, and then there’s a planned relocation to either Munich or Zurich. Plus, you’ll be traveling to meet clients in the DACH region, so there’s definitely some travel involved!

Actually, you’ll be part of a 12-month Orbit Graduate Program that focuses on hands-on learning and mentorship. It’s designed to help you develop essential skills in Value Engineering, covering everything from customer engagement to presentation skills and even value selling.

You’ll be involved in customer engagements where you’ll help uncover their core business challenges. You’ll execute proof projects to showcase the value of Celonis Process Intelligence and even prototype AI solutions tailored to customer needs. It sounds like a really exciting mix of tasks!
