The Staff Product Designer sits within the Design Systems team, part of Design Foundations.

A key responsibility is to lead LLM integration in design workflows to define how generative tools empower designers to ship and evaluate code changes independently.

The designer will prototype and test AI-assisted workflows that automate component creation, documentation, and evaluation to accelerate how quality is built and measured at scale.

The designer will partner with engineering to build MCP-based design governance that centralizes design assets and versions them like code for reliability and traceability.
