Well, as a Nursing Assistant there, you’ll be providing basic nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This includes helping with meals, transferring patients, bathing, toileting, and dressing. You’ll be working on a Behavioral Health unit, so you’ll be supporting patients with their specific needs.

So, this job is for the evening shift, and you’ll be working about 32 hours a week. Plus, you’ll have every other weekend off, which is pretty nice!

Yes, you do! You’ll need to have a current Connecticut certification as a nurse’s aide (C.N.A.) and also a CPR certification. Those are the minimum requirements to get started.
