What’s Riot Games like in terms of their business, the role, and the work culture?

Well, as a Sr. Production Manager, you’ll be leading the planning and delivery of some pretty exciting events like the 2026 LEC Roadtrips, Summer Finals, and LEC XPO. Your main job will be to ensure everything runs smoothly, from production design to logistics, and that all the elements meet Riot’s high standards.

It’s a 6-month contract, so you’ll be working on these events for that specific timeframe.

This position is based on-site in Berlin, Germany, so you’ll get to experience the city while working on these awesome esports events!

You’ll need at least 5 years of experience in live broadcast or large-scale event production. It’s important to have a solid track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects, so you’ll be ready to handle the complexities of these events.

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing the events, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring everything from safety to hospitality is top-notch. Plus, you’ll document everything to help the long-term production team learn from your experience!
