Well, as a Hardware Reliability Technician on the Starlink team, you’ll be making sure that the Starlink products are reliable and of high quality. This involves everything from resolving quality issues to supporting root cause investigations and documenting any production non-conformances. You’ll really be playing a key role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly!

You’ll need at least a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate, plus a year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. If you have a bit more experience—like two years in quality within manufacturing—that’s even better! A technical or engineering degree is also preferred, but it’s not a strict requirement.

You’ll be working in a manufacturing setting, which means it can get a bit hands-on! You might be standing, kneeling, or lifting up to 25 lbs. unassisted. Also, be prepared for some flexibility with your schedule, as you might need to work different shifts, including weekends and overtime when necessary.

Absolutely! Having experience with root cause and corrective action systems is a big plus. Also, practical experience with quality management systems, like ISO 9001, can really help you stand out. Being self-motivated and able to juggle multiple tasks is also important in this fast-paced environment.

This position is based in Bastrop, TX, and unfortunately, remote work isn’t an option. You’ll need to be onsite to really dive into the work and collaborate with the team effectively!
