Well, a Deburr Technician mainly focuses on finishing machined valve components. They interpret technical drawings, deburr parts, polish surfaces, and ensure everything meets the right specifications. Plus, they help with inventory and keep the workspace clean and efficient!

You’ll need at least a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate, and ideally, a year of experience in a factory or a machining certification. If you have more experience, like two years specifically in deburring, that would definitely be a plus!

Actually, having experience in a machine shop and being familiar with blueprint reading is really helpful. Knowledge of CNC machining and using measuring tools like micrometers and calipers would also make you stand out!

This role is for the 2nd shift, which starts around 2:30 PM. So, if you’re more of a night owl, this could be a great fit for you!
