Well, as a Hardware Reliability Engineer on the Starlink Aviation team, you’d be responsible for making sure the aviation products are reliable and of high quality. This involves everything from designing long-term reliability tests during product development to investigating any failures that might occur in testing or production.

You’ll need at least a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and some experience in a manufacturing, quality, or design engineering role. Even if you’ve just done a student project or an internship, that counts!

Actually, they’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, plus a real enthusiasm for innovation. If you have programming experience in Python, C, or SQL, that’s a big plus too!
