Well, the program is a three- to four-year rotational experience that lets you dive into different roles within the company. Each rotation lasts about 12-18 months, and it’s designed to help you explore your interests, develop your skills, and prepare for a leadership career. It’s a great way to get a taste of various areas like Benefits, Underwriting, and Digital Transformation!

You’d primarily be based in Chattanooga, TN, but you might also get the chance to work in other locations like Portland, ME, Columbia, SC, Baton Rouge, LA, or even Dorking in the UK. They really encourage associates to experience at least two different locations during the program.

Actually, you’ll receive a lot of robust training and support! There are leadership training sessions, skill development opportunities through outside vendors, and even presentations from senior leaders. Plus, you’ll have a mentor to help guide you along the way, which is pretty cool!
