Well, the main goal is to give you a chance to experience a variety of roles over three to four years. You’ll rotate through different departments like Benefits, Underwriting, and Customer Services, which helps you develop your skills and prepare for a leadership career.

Each rotation lasts about 12 to 18 months, depending on the role and business needs. You could find yourself in areas like Finance, Digital Transformation, or even Customer Services. It’s a great way to explore your interests!

Absolutely! Once you complete the second rotation successfully, you can be promoted to a Senior PDP Associate. Plus, you’ll get leadership training and mentorship throughout the program, which really helps with your growth.
