The first group that can apply is all excepted permanent and indefinite temporary technicians within the ILNG. After that, current Federal Employees can apply, followed by Federal re-employment eligible candidates, those willing to become T32 Dual Status Technicians and gain ILNG membership, and finally, U.S. Citizens.

What kind of experience do applicants need?
