They’ll work from blueprints and wiring diagrams, perform system diagnostics and repairs, and fabricate electrical parts while ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code and safety standards.

You’ll need 35 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience, along with a Journeyman Electrician License or a relevant trade school degree.

You should have strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code, be proficient in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs, and be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Skills in preventative maintenance and electrical fabrication are also important.
