You’ll be performing an age-specific plan of care for a designated group of patients using the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

You’ll be collaborating with physicians and other health team members to coordinate and implement procedures and treatments.

You’ll assess both the physiologic and psychosocial health status of patients, which includes evaluating their medical needs, coping mechanisms, and cultural requirements.

You need to be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
