What will I be doing in this Customer Service and Administrative Support position?
In this role, you’ll be interacting with customers to fulfill orders and provide top-notch customer service. You’ll also assist the Accounting Manager with bookkeeping tasks.
What kind of skills do I need for this job?
You’ll need excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Being able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment is important too.
Is there any specific software experience needed?
You’ll need computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. Experience with an ERP system is preferred, but it’s not a requirement.
How will I be working with customers?
You’ll manage customer accounts, build relationships, process purchase orders accurately, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. You’ll also coordinate with other departments to figure out lead times for orders.
What educational background do I need?
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
