In this role, you’ll manage agencies in a specific geographic region to support premium growth and the overall sales process. You’ll also develop relationships with agency leaders, provide education on fleet products, and assist with collaboration between the agency, underwriting, and claims teams.
What are the travel requirements for this position?
You’ll need to travel to meet with all appointed agencies and their marketing and production teams within the geographic area. Expect about 50%-70% overnight travel, plus additional travel for conferences or team meetings.
What qualifications do I need to apply?
You’ll need a High School diploma or GED and at least eight years of outside business-to-business sales or territory management experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of the same experience. A valid driver’s license and compliance with Progressive’s driving standards are also required.
Is there a licensing requirement for this job?
Yes, you’ll need to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance producer license within 90 days of starting the position.
