Stryker Sales Representative – Bakersfield, CA – Sports Medicine: Job Overview, Location, and Employment Details

You’ll need 2-5 years of experience in an outside sales position, preferably in medical-related fields.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll lead sales pitches and demo meetings, work with other sales reps to set strategic goals, participate in trade shows, manage inventory reports, negotiate prices, and solve product problems for customers.

You’ll need at least a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of five years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience, including operating room experience.

The salary includes a base of $50,000 plus commission and/or bonuses, along with benefits.
