The key responsibilities include training patients and caregivers on Peritoneal Dialysis procedures and self-care. Additionally, the RN will manage a caseload of PD patients, monitor treatment progress, conduct home visits, and provide on-call support.

To qualify for this position, you must have an RN license in the state of practice and a valid driver’s license with insurance. An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required, while a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Preferred experience includes familiarity with dialysis, whether it be Peritoneal Dialysis, Home Hemodialysis, chronic, or acute. Experience in patient education, case management, or telehealth is also desirable, along with CNN or CDN certification.
