The nurse will obtain necessary medical histories, discuss procedures, and perform nursing assessments on the day of the procedure. Additionally, they will monitor patient conditions and provide education regarding post-procedure care.

The nurse acts as a resource for patients to address their concerns and questions. They are responsible for identifying and communicating any patient-related issues to the appropriate facility management.

The nurse is accountable for maintaining the integrity of medical records and other administrative and operational records. This includes complying with all data collection and auditing activities.

The nurse is responsible for maintaining the facility’s environmental integrity and safety. This includes addressing and acting on adverse events and collaborating with facility management to ensure patient safety.
