A sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 is available for this position, along with a relocation bonus of up to $7,500. This financial incentive is designed to attract qualified candidates.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a four-year bachelor’s degree preferred. Additionally, applicants must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current RN licensure in the appropriate state.

One year of relevant experience is preferred for this role. This experience should ideally be in a similar nursing capacity, particularly in emergency care settings.

Preferred certifications for this position include ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), or CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse). These certifications can enhance a nurse’s qualifications in the emergency department.
