Candidates must have at least two years of call center experience to qualify for this position. Additionally, experience in the solar or automotive industry is strongly preferred.

The main responsibilities include managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing detailed service information. The representative will also follow up with customers, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and assist with customer questions and concerns.

Bilingualism in Spanish and English is preferred for this position. This skill can enhance communication with a diverse customer base.
