The processing of customer purchase orders involves daily reviews and accurate handling of B2B orders. This includes notifying customers of any discrepancies, sending order confirmations, receiving EDI documents, and preparing necessary export documentation when required.

The representative will provide support to end-users by responding to inquiries related to product selection, technical support, and troubleshooting. They will also handle return authorizations and log customer complaints as needed.
