If a team member does not respond to attempts at contact regarding shift requests, their employment may be terminated. It is crucial for team members to communicate and be available to work when the business demands it.

If offered a position as an On-Demand Team Member, individuals will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation. Following this, they must commit to a short-term structured training schedule to ensure they are adequately prepared for their new role.
