Team Members will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but they can create their own schedule by picking up shifts through the myTime mobile scheduling app.

Reliable and prompt attendance is necessary when picking up shifts in this role. Additionally, Team Members are required to actively engage by working at least one shift every four weeks to maintain their employment status.

If offered the position, candidates will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule. This training is essential to ensure that new hires are properly prepared for their responsibilities as On-Demand Team Members.

Effective communication is critical for success in this role, as Team Members must respond to attempts from Target to confirm their interest in working shifts. Failure to respond or to work at least one shift within five months may lead to administrative termination of employment.
