Employees are required to maintain reliable and prompt attendance when they choose to pick up shifts. Additionally, they must engage by working at least one shift every four weeks, and failure to do so may result in administrative termination of employment.

If offered the position, new employees must attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule. This training is essential to ensure that employees are properly prepared for their roles as On-Demand Team Members.
