This position is located in Cave Creek, Arizona. However, it is a work-from-home opportunity, which means you can perform your duties remotely as long as you reside in Phoenix or the surrounding area.

The salary for this position is $17.00 per hour. Additionally, employees can earn $18.70 for hours worked after 6 PM, and there is potential to earn an extra $200 to $400 per month for meeting performance goals.

The main responsibilities include answering incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents, assisting with booking new reservations, and updating prior requests. Representatives will also handle general questions or inquiries related to the hotel services.

All necessary equipment for this position will be provided by the client. The only requirement is that you must have a high-speed internet connection, and the client offers $50 monthly towards your internet costs.

Candidates must be available to work any 8-hour shift from Monday to Sunday within specified time ranges. The available shifts include an AM shift from 4:00 AM to 4:30 PM, a MID shift from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and a PM shift from 12:30 PM to midnight.

This position is classified as a contractor role with the potential for hire. It is a contract-to-hire opportunity, which means that after a certain period, there may be a possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
