Yes, there are opportunities for additional earnings in this position. Employees can earn an extra $5 per hour from April 9 to April 15 for all hours worked, provided they meet the minimum work requirements.

The minimum number of hours required to work each week is 25 hours. However, employees are encouraged to work more hours if they wish to increase their earnings.

Employees will receive continuous support while working in this role. Each representative will be assigned a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist them during live calls, as well as a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to act as their advocate.

The Customer Service Representative will be answering a variety of questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. These questions typically include topics such as downloading the software, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and very basic tax inquiries.

There are several bonus opportunities available for this position. Employees can earn up to $250 per week through performance and schedule-based bonuses, including a $100 bonus for working 36 to 44.99 hours and another $100 bonus for working 45 hours or more.

The certification process to become a TurboTax Product Expert takes place over three days. This quick certification allows employees to gain the necessary knowledge to assist customers effectively.
