The anticipated salary range for the Assistant Professor level is between $90,000 and $140,000, while for the Associate Professor level, it ranges from $120,000 to $170,000. The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.

The primary responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Software Engineering, Engineering Design, and Computer Science. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead the development of the Software Engineering program, establish a research program, and engage with industry partners.

Candidates must have a PhD in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related area. Furthermore, experience working at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor is required.

The successful candidate is expected to contribute to the university and academic community through service activities and scholarly or professional engagements. This includes committee work and initiatives at the program level.

The successful candidate will engage with industry partners and professional engineering organizations to support experiential learning and ensure curriculum relevance. This collaboration aims to enhance professional practice within the Software Engineering program.
