CHIPOTLE Manager, Regional Training: Job Overview, Location, and Employment Details

The Regional Training Manager contributes to leadership development by partnering with regional leadership, such as RVPs and RDOs, to assess and identify regional training and development needs. They work collaboratively to support development plans for certified leaders within the organization.

The Regional Training Manager ensures that training standards are met by coaching and developing leaders on operational execution of training initiatives. They also role model the execution of Chipotle’s standards to promote consistency across regions.

The Regional Training Manager supports legal compliance by ensuring and supporting adherence to legal state and county mandates. They also help guide strategic legal requirements and training in partnership with relevant authorities such as the DOJ.
