To qualify for this position, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be in pursuit of one. Additionally, candidates must complete CBC driver training, pass a Motor Vehicle Record check according to CBC standards, and maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Applicants are preferred to have a minimum of three months of work experience in a guest service capacity, particularly in a restaurant or retail environment. This experience helps ensure that candidates possess strong guest service and communication skills.

Candidates must be organized and detail-oriented, as well as computer literate and proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems. Furthermore, they must be able to read, write, and speak English, and possess basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

In addition to primary responsibilities, the FOH Expo also performs secondary functions such as acting as a cashier and taking catering deliveries. Other tasks include maintaining FOH displays and condiment stations, checking bathrooms, busing tables, and performing cleaning duties as assigned.
