The Lead Bartender contributes to the Lodge’s beverage program by developing seasonal menus, creating craft infusions, and managing digital marketing campaigns through platforms like Facebook and Mailchimp. These efforts help keep the beverage offerings fresh and engaging for members.

This role requires mastery of the Toast POS system to control inventory, reduce waste, and generate monthly reports for the House Committee. The Lead Bartender must ensure financial integrity and proper handling of cash and sales data.

The Lead Bartender acts as the primary liaison for Lodge events such as fundraisers and rentals, ensuring that all functions are executed seamlessly and that members and guests receive high-quality service during these occasions.
