The main responsibility of a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader is to manage the operations of multiple Sonic drive-ins, including overseeing General Managers and employees. The Multi-Unit Leader must monitor management compliance with the employee handbook, policies, and practices. They are responsible for taking appropriate action when employee issues or policy violations occur and reporting these issues to their supervisor.

The Multi-Unit Leader reviews employee and management work schedules in a timely manner to ensure that the drive-ins can properly serve guests at all times. This involves planning schedules that align with operational needs and legal requirements.
