Reliable and prompt attendance is essential when you pick up a shift, and you are expected to work at least once every four weeks with a minimum of four hours per shift. Responding to contact attempts from the store is also important for maintaining employment.

If a team member does not respond to contact attempts or fails to work at least one shift within five months, their employment may be terminated administratively. This policy ensures active engagement and availability.

New team members are required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in a short-term structured training schedule to prepare for their role. This training helps ensure they understand their responsibilities and store procedures.
