A bartender at Topgolf should have knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, and be able to maintain an appealing and guest-ready bar area. Having at least one year of bartending experience is strongly preferred to ensure the ability to serve guests effectively.

A Bay Host or Server, also called a Bay Host, is responsible for hosting guests in the hitting bays by knowing the menu and serving with outstanding attention to detail. They should have at least one year of serving experience, although it is not required, to provide excellent service.

The Golf Services team helps guests enjoy the game of Topgolf by assisting them and using the game and bay assignment systems. Their role is to ensure that guests are quickly able to begin their games and have a fun experience.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods. They should also be available to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the venue.
