The main responsibilities include preparing all beverage mixers according to recipes for guests, cocktail servers, and food servers, as well as providing professional and efficient service while ensuring the beverages are of high quality.

Candidates must be familiar with different kinds of liquor, drink recipes, prices, proper glassware, and garnishes. They should also understand cash handling procedures, including discounting, the Tabit system, bank procedures, and tip policies.

The role requires being extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees, maintaining a professional demeanor, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Experience in hotel operations or customer service is preferred, as well as effective communication skills, the ability to work productively with a team, and strong multitasking skills.

The employee must report unsafe conditions immediately to a supervisor and maintain hotel equipment in proper working condition to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
