RN – Home Health

Performing visits and completing coordination of client care, overseeing the frequency of visits, consulting with the physician, performing accurate OASIS collection, ensuring the medication profile is current, and attending case conferences.

Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment, have a minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred, demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice, and possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
