Well, as a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be focusing on maintaining all equipment at the Memphis Global Logistics Center, especially forklifts and material handling equipment. You’ll be responsible for preventive maintenance, spotting issues before they become problems, and working closely with other teams to keep everything running smoothly.

This job is on the 2nd shift, which means you’ll be working Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Just a heads up, there might be times when you need to work overtime, on weekends, or during facility shutdowns, so some flexibility is important.

Yeah, there might be some out-of-town travel required. This could be for attending seminars, visiting equipment vendors, or checking out other Baxter facilities. It’s all part of staying updated and connected with the work you’ll be doing!

You’ll want to have a solid background in fixing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience with energy management and sustainability projects is a plus, too.
