What’s Uber like in terms of their business, the role, and the work culture?

Well, as a Partner Manager, you’d be working closely with some of Uber’s largest restaurant partners in New Zealand. Your main focus would be to drive the success of their advertising campaigns across Uber’s platforms. You’d need to understand their marketing goals and challenges, and then recommend solutions to help them achieve those goals.

Ideally, you’d want about 3 to 5 years of experience in Account Management, especially in digital or performance advertising. Some experience with digital ad sales and a knack for understanding clients’ needs would be super helpful too!

You’ll definitely need strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and provide insights. Being a great communicator is key, too, since you’ll be explaining the value of Uber’s advertising products to partners. Plus, being a self-starter who loves learning and tackling challenges will really help you thrive in this role.

This role is all about creating long-term value for Uber’s advertising partners. By ensuring that campaigns are successful and aligned with business objectives, you’re directly helping to drive revenue and growth for both Uber and its partners. It’s a pretty impactful position!
