Well, this role is all about supporting metal packaging customers, mainly in the Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canada. You’d be traveling to customer facilities to troubleshoot issues, investigate product quality, and conduct trials in food manufacturing. Basically, you’d be the go-to technical contact for customers, working closely with various teams like Sales, R&D, and Engineering.

You’d have quite a few important responsibilities! You’d provide problem-solving leadership on technical and quality matters related to food cans, manage the technical interface between the Food Division and customers, and support them with both current packaging and new package development. Plus, you’d organize technical meetings to discuss ideas and solutions.
