Well, as an Operations Engineer on the Starlink Satellite team, you’ll be working on improving processes for materials management and the supply chain. You’ll help ensure that everything runs smoothly, from managing material flow projects to driving improvements in inventory and delivery. It’s all about making sure the satellite operations are efficient and effective!

You’ll need at least a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and a year of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management. Even if it’s from school projects or internships, that counts!

Absolutely! If you have a Master’s degree in engineering or supply chain, that’s a plus. Experience with CAD software, SQL, or data analysis tools like Python or Excel can really give you an edge. Plus, being good with statistics and data visualization is super helpful in this role.
