What’s Masonicare like in terms of their business, the role, and the work culture?

Well, as a CNA at Masonicare, you’ll be helping residents with their daily activities and personal care. This includes things like bathing, dressing, and assisting with meals. You’ll also help with light housekeeping tasks and make sure the residents are comfortable and safe.

The position is for the evening shift, and you’ll be working 40 hours a week. So, it’s a full-time gig, just during the evenings!

Actually, you don’t need any prior experience for this role, but you do need to have your CNA certification. They’re looking for someone who’s certified and ready to jump in!

You’ll have a variety of tasks! Besides helping with personal care, you’ll assist with medication reminders, monitor residents’ conditions, and participate in activities. You’ll also be keeping an eye out for any safety hazards and helping with dining tasks.
