Well, a Machine Maintenance Specialist is all about keeping production equipment running smoothly. They handle both planned and unplanned repairs, work on upgrades, and support maintenance technicians with tricky technical issues. You’ll need a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or at least 4 years of experience in a technical field. Plus, having 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment really helps, especially if it’s related to reliability, design, or maintenance.
