Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health School Nurse 1:1 – CARES School: Job Overview, Location, and Employment Details

They’re looking for a School Nurse 1:1, which can be either an RN or LPN, to work at their CARES School in Downingtown, PA.

In this position, you’ll support one student directly who has a severe seizure disorder, ensure the safety of all students, document medication administrations, monitor the student for seizures, and assist with toileting and transitions.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and it follows the school calendar for days off, plus you’ll get two additional “flex days off.”

If you’re an RN, the pay ranges from $40.00 to $45.60 per hour, and if you have a School Nurse Certification, it goes up to $42.00 to $47.60 per hour. For LPNs, the pay is between $32.00 and $36.48 per hour.
