It’s a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position as a Clinical Liaison.

The Clinical Liaison is part of the care coordination department and helps with referral coordination for local hospitals. They also act as a marketing representative for clinical referrals.

You’ll review clinical charts of potential long-term acute care patients, start the admissions process with the admissions coordinator, and assess patients using InterQual and NALTH criteria.

You need to be a graduate of an accredited nursing school or an accredited respiratory therapy program, have an Associate’s Degree, and hold the required licenses and certifications like a Registered Nurse license.
