Yelp Inside Sales Representative (Remote – Central or Eastern Region): Job Overview, Location, and Employment Details

The job title is Inside Sales Representative, and it’s a remote position for candidates in the Central or Eastern Region of the United States.

You’ll be working directly with small business owners over the phone to help them with Yelp’s advertising programs, customizing solutions to meet their needs.

You’ll work one of the following schedules: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., or 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., all in your local time.

You’ll need a GED or high school diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree. You should also be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and have general computer proficiency.
