The required qualifications include an Associate’s degree in accounting and experience in accounts receivable or billing. Candidates should also possess a working knowledge of accounting principles and demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization.

The work environment includes onsite training for the first three months, followed by a hybrid schedule where three days are in-office, with Wednesday being a required in-office day. The working hours are consistent between 7 AM and 6 PM, and there are no collections responsibilities associated with this role.
