Reliable and prompt attendance is necessary when you choose to pick up a shift as an On-Demand Team Member. Additionally, you are required to engage actively by working at least one shift every four weeks to maintain your employment status.

If offered the position, you will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule. This training is essential to ensure that you are properly prepared for your new role and understand the expectations of the job.

Effective communication and the ability to respond to requests for shifts are critical for success in this role. If you do not respond to attempts to contact you regarding shift availability, your employment may be terminated.

To maintain employment, you must work at least one shift within a five-month period. Failure to meet this requirement will result in administrative termination of your employment with Target.
