The qualifications required for this position include three years of customer service or project coordination experience. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is also necessary, while manufacturing industry experience and Project Management Certification are preferred but not mandatory.

Important skills for this role include strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills. Additionally, the ability to think creatively and understand the commercial specifying and purchasing process is considered a plus.

The essential duties of a Project Manager in this position include managing the commercial ordering process from initial inquiry through delivery. This involves responding to RFQs, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring accuracy according to company policies.

The Project Manager handles customer inquiries via email and phone, documenting all interactions in the CRM system. It is important to note any complexities related to the project clearly in the CRM to ensure all team members have visibility into the project.
