This position is located in Cave Creek, Arizona. However, it is a work-from-home opportunity, which means candidates must reside in Phoenix, Arizona, or the surrounding area.

The hourly pay for this position is $17.00. Additionally, employees can earn $18.70 for hours worked after 6 PM, and there is potential to earn an extra $200 to $400 per month for meeting performance goals.

The job functions include answering incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents, assisting with booking new reservations, and updating prior requests. Representatives will also handle general questions or inquiries from customers.

All necessary equipment for this job will be provided by the client. The only requirement is that candidates must have high-speed internet access, and the client will contribute $50 monthly towards internet costs.

Candidates must be available to work any 8-hour shift between Monday and Sunday. The available shift ranges include an AM shift from 4:00 AM to 4:30 PM, a MID shift from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and a PM shift from 12:30 PM to midnight.

This position is classified as a Contract to Hire role. This means that while it starts as a temporary position, there is potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
