The Customer Service Supervisor/HR Designee ensures quality care by understanding and adhering to the agreed plan of care for each client. They also facilitate communication among the client’s circle of care, which may include family members and community partners.

This position entails ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for agency payers. The Customer Service Supervisor/HR Designee is responsible for monitoring and escalating changes in the client’s plan of care and ensuring ongoing file compliance.

The Customer Service Supervisor/HR Designee provides consultation and training to Direct Care Staff, also known as caregivers, to ensure they deliver quality care and service. This training is essential for maintaining high standards in client care.

The Customer Service Supervisor/HR Designee must ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. They are also responsible for monitoring file compliance and ensuring that all necessary certifications are up to date.
