Besides food preparation and service, the FOH Expo may also serve as a cashier, handle catering deliveries, maintain display and condiment stations, check bathrooms, bus tables, and perform cleaning tasks such as mopping and sweeping as assigned.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be in pursuit of one. They must also possess a State Foodhandler card or ServSafe certification if applicable, and be able to complete CBC driver training and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check if they are eligible to drive for the company.

The preferred candidate should have at least three months of experience in a guest service environment, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting. They should also have strong guest service and communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and be proficient in using POS systems and basic math skills.

Maintaining the FOH area involves keeping displays and condiment stations well-stocked, checking bathrooms regularly, bussing tables, and performing cleaning duties such as mopping and sweeping as assigned to ensure a clean and organized environment.
