The main responsibilities include maintaining a proper dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses. Servers are also responsible for handling table bookings, guiding customers to their tables, and suggesting dishes.

A server may be required to prepare tables by laying out napkins and utensils, make sure condiments are refilled, prepare drinks for customers, and handle payments by issuing receipts and returning change. They might also fill in for absent staff and assist with special events as needed.

A server should be attentive to guest needs, able to communicate menu options and services effectively, and have some familiarity with basic cooking skills. They are also expected to adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.

Servers are required to follow all policies and procedures of MH Restaurants, attend all mandatory meetings, and perform other tasks including cross-training as directed by management.
